Coconut milk + water, frozen fruit … plus:

  • Ground flax seed
  • Chia seeds
  • Unflavored gelatin
  • Prebiotic fiber (maltodextrin)
  • Psyllium husk fiber (fine powder)
  • Broccoli (for sulforaphane)
  • Lions mane mushroom powder
  • <other thing in the bag I cannot remember>
  • Sometimes CBG powder
