55 Days of Grilling – April 12

Flatbread recipe:

4c flour
1t salt
1t baking powder
1/4c oil
1.5 c water

All mixed together with an additional tablespoon of an Italian herb blend. Allow to rest for at least an hour. Split into eight balls, then roll into flatbreads about 1/4″ thick. Cook at a medium high temp for a minute or two on each side.
