{"id":9816,"date":"2023-03-02T09:39:35","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T14:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/?p=9816"},"modified":"2023-02-27T20:43:33","modified_gmt":"2023-02-28T01:43:33","slug":"artificial-limits-on-artificial-intelligence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/?p=9816","title":{"rendered":"Artificial Limits on Artificial Intelligence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I cannot say it <em>surprises<\/em> me that a company that considered &#8220;restart it&#8221; and &#8220;reboot it&#8221; to be suitable solutions to a whole host of memory management issues has decided that <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.bing.com\/search\/february-2023\/The-new-Bing-Edge-%E2%80%93-Updates-to-Chat#link=%7B%22role%22:%22standard%22,%22href%22:%22https:\/\/blogs.bing.com\/search\/february-2023\/The-new-Bing-Edge-%E2%80%93-Updates-to-Chat%22,%22target%22:%22%22,%22linkText%22:%22blog%20post%22,%22absolute%22:%22%22%7D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clearing the history after <em>n<\/em> interactions with their AI chatbot is the solution to <em>not<\/em> having it out looking for nuclear codes<\/a>. From a functional standpoint, I can see where one or two &#8220;turns&#8221; is probably sufficient for the search engine to produce some salient information or relevant links.
