We&#8217;ve come up with something cute for all of the other parties &#8230; thought we&#8217;d make a thing of it. Now we&#8217;re trying to decide \u00a0what to make.<\/p>\n<p>My mom found these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diynatural.com\/gelatin-jigglers-desserts\/\" target=\"_blank\">cute gelatin desserts<\/a>, but that&#8217;s still a dessert.<\/p>\n<p>I would love to make <a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.com\/activity\/article\/make-caprese-salad-heart-shaped-mozzarella\/\" target=\"_blank\">this\u00a0caprese salad<\/a>, but anything with a balsamic drizzle is going to be messy. I found a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sweetphi.com\/coconut-cream-fruit-tarts-no-bake-naturally-gluten-free-vegan-valentines-day-dessert\/\" target=\"_blank\">coconut cream fruit tart<\/a> that is both too dessert-y\u00a0<em>and<\/em> too messy. I think I&#8217;ll make both of these for home!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/meaningfulmama.com\/homemade-pita-chips-recipe-healthy.html\" target=\"_blank\">Heart pita chips<\/a> with roasted red pepper hummus (to get some red) or <a href=\"http:\/\/betsylife.com\/heart-shaped-homemade-pretzels\/\" target=\"_blank\">heart shaped whole wheat soft pretzels<\/a> (the recipe provided isn&#8217;t whole wheat, but King Arthur Flour has a good <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kingarthurflour.com\/recipes\/new-white-wheat-pretzels-recipe\" target=\"_blank\">recipe using their white whole wheat<\/a>\u00a0but I&#8217;ve also seen a good recipe for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fifteenspatulas.com\/hot-buttered-fluffy-pretzels-2-0-the-100-whole-wheat-version-and-a-giveaway\/\" target=\"_blank\">&#8216;normal&#8217; whole wheat pretzels too<\/a>) are good options.<\/p>\n<p>My favorite option right now is\u00a0cut-out sandwiches with sunflower butter and raspberry compote to make something that looks like <a href=\"http:\/\/meaningfulmama.com\/peanut-butter-jelly-valentine-sandwiches.html\" target=\"_blank\">these peanut butter and jelly sandwiches<\/a>. It&#8217;s potentially messy, though &#8230; so not great for the teachers. I think the soft pretzels\u00a0are going to be the easiest to serve &amp; eat.
