The peanut sauce<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-container\">\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"0.5\">3\/4<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">cup<\/span>\u00a0creamy\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-name\">peanut butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"2\">1<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">tablespoons lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"2\">2<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">tablespoons rice vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"2\">1<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">tablespoons<\/span> <span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-name\">soy sauce<\/span>\u00a0(this was a little much)<\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">tablespoon<\/span> <span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-name\">maple syrup<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">teaspoon toasted sesame oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-unit\">teaspoon sriracha<\/span> (could have used a little more)<\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span data-amount=\"0.25\" data-unit=\"teaspoon\">1\/4 teaspoon ground ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wpurp-recipe-ingredient-quantity\"><span data-amount=\"1\">1\/4 cup coconut milk<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a small skillet, mix the peanut butter, lemon juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Heat over a low heat to melt and combine. Add ground ginger. Add coconut milk to thin it into a dressing. Add sriracha to taste &#8212; Anya liked it with a teaspoon of sriracha, but Scott wanted it a little biffier (Anya&#8217;s word for spicy). I hard boiled a few fresh eggs &#8212; the yolks on the fresh eggs are awesome.
