For me, though, a lot of options also means I\u2019m not always sure <em>which<\/em> option I chose \ud83d\ude0a In which Teams space <em>is<\/em> this document saved? Did I stash it locally because I\u2019m not ready for <em>other people<\/em> to peruse it?<\/p>\n<p>Luckily where the document is saved can quickly be displayed in the Office 365 applications. Click \u201cFile\u201d on the ribbon bar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"603\" height=\"267\" class=\"wp-image-4944\" src=\"http:\/\/lisa.rushworth.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-83.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-83.png 603w, https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-83-300x133.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cInfo\u201d section contains the path to the document \u2013 a document that is stored in a SharePoint document library (be that a Teams Channel file space or some <em>other<\/em> SharePoint document library) will include the SharePoint site name (the Team name in the case of Teams Channel files). Clicking \u201cOpen file location\u201d will open a browser tab to the SharePoint document library which contains the file.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"885\" height=\"431\" class=\"wp-image-4945\" src=\"http:\/\/lisa.rushworth.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-84.png\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-84.png 885w, https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-84-300x146.png 300w, https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/word-image-84-768x374.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 885px) 100vw, 885px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A document on a local or network drive will have a path starting with the drive letter.
