Select \u201cMove\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pick Teams space and click \u201cMove\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return to your Form \u2013 in the URL, look at the Form ID again.\nCompare it to the original \u2026 they don\u2019t<\/em><\/strong> match!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do I mention this? Well, if you use a form in Flow \u2026 it\nis referenced by the form ID. Creating a personal form, building a workflow in\nflow, then<\/em> moving the form to your\nTeams space to allow others to edit it breaks<\/em>\nthe workflow. When you go into the Flow to add additional owners, you\u2019ll need\nto update the Form ID as well. If you don\u2019t<\/em>\nupdate your Flow, it will start failing. Oddly not <\/em>at the initial \u201cwhen a new response is submitted\u201d step where I\nwould expect<\/em> it to fail if the Form\nID was not valid but at the \u201cget response details\u201d step. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking at the error detail on \u201cget response details\u201d, the status\ncode is 404 (HTTP error for \u2018not found\u2019, so I assumed it was used in the same\ncontext). The result body has an error code 639 which I couldn\u2019t find anyone<\/em> talking about online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
