That they would hold a vote on a significant piece of legislation without providing adequate time for Senators to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/amendment\/115th-congress\/senate-amendment\/667\/text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read it<\/a>.
