But I booted my Windows 10 computer to find I no longer had a desktop. I&#8217;ve got some theme-colored background with a couple of icons. I can go to all apps. I can get into settings and all sorts of things.<\/p>\n<p>Not a Windows desktop:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lisa.rushworth.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TabletModeOn.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1009\" src=\"http:\/\/lisa.rushworth.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TabletModeOn.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"962\" height=\"543\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TabletModeOn.png 962w, https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TabletModeOn-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.rushworth.us\/lisa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TabletModeOn-768x433.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 962px) 100vw, 962px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And I didn&#8217;t even know what this thing was\u00a0<em>called<\/em> to Google how to get rid of it. A bunch of random clicking later, and I&#8217;ve discovered Windows 10 has a &#8220;tablet mode&#8221;. Which was turned on &#8211; and\u00a0just like I could never figure out how a sleeping cat managed to hit the three-key command required to rotate an Intel graphics card display by 90\u00ba, I have no clue how Anya&#8217;s gotten into this particular mode.
